Volunteers are the backbone of The CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown. As a volunteer you have the important job of making sure everything runs smoothly. From being a host at the door to judging on the floor. We are always looking for great volunteers to join our crew.
Volunteer registration for the 2020 CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown is closed.
If you want to make a difference and help us organize a tight competition and a great experience for all involved, then register!

Do you have any questions about joining the 11th edition of the Crossfit Lowlands Throwdown as a volunteer? Please check out these Frequently Asked Questions to find some answers.
How can I secure a spot on the volunteer team?
Volunteer Registration opens the 17th of January 2020. We will release a registration form on this website where you can sign up for our volunteers team. To increase your chances of entering the team, make sure to provide as much relevant information as possible.
When do I know if I’m part of the volunteer team?
We will communicate with everyone who applied after all the teams are assigned. This is usually a few weeks before the event.
What time do the volunteers need to report for duty?
Times will be communicated by the team leaders after teams are assigned, but keep in mind that we will start early and will be there all day
Do I have to be available on all days?
Yes, we need volunteers that are available on all three days. This makes us able to run a smooth operation on the event days.
Do judges have to be available on the 28th of May, 29th of May, 30th of May and the 31st of May?
Yes, we need you on all 3 days, including the judges briefing on the 28th of May.
Where and when will the mandatory judges meeting be held?
This will be communicated to all judges in a timely matter prior to the event (details will be announced on a later time).
Do volunteers get an extra ticket to give to a friend?
Unfortunately not.
Do volunteers get travel expenses paid?
Unfortunately not at this moment.
