Next year there will be 28 CrossFit sanctioned events in 21 different countries on 6 continents and the CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown is one of them! We are beyond proud!
Side program announced
Of course you have tickets for the CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown (you do have them right? Otherwise click here to get them, no seriously; click) to see your favorite athletes compete. But, during downtime in the competition, you won’t be bored. This year we offer you more than 350 square meters of vendors and sponsors, a big shop of both Reebok, FitAID and Rogue, a spectator gym and several interesting seminars.
Starting last Thursday we have released almost all the workouts for our Final Event. The fitness level of athletes from all over the world will be tested in 7 events. The winners in the Elite and Teams categories qualify for The Reebok CrossFit® Games in Madison, USA.

The CrossFit® Lowlands Throwdown and NEP The Netherlands announce an intensive collaboration. This week, the two ambitious and innovative organizations sealed their cooperation for the coming three years. Thanks to the technology, people and know-how of NEP The Netherlands, a worldwide audience will be able to follow the Final Event of the CrossFit® Lowlands Throwdown via live stream on Saturday and Sunday.

We are currently reviewing and validating the scores. This may lead to adjustment of scores. We aim to update and publish the final leaderboard early next week. Invites for participation in the final event will be send after that.
Tips for your first Qualifier
This year’s Lowlands Throwdown is the tenth edition, but also a first; our first edition as an official CrossFit® sanctioned event. Maybe it’s going to be your first time too? We are only two weeks away from our qualifier, so now is a good time to register (seriously though, register) and start thinking about how you are going to approach your participation in the biggest CrossFit® event in the BeNeLux and performing three WODS a day. Here are our five tips for those competing in the Lowlands Throwdown for the first time.
