2020 Online Qualifier Workouts

TIPS FOR FILMING YOUR WORKOUT

Our head judge Dennis has some tips about how to film your workouts:

INDIVIDUAL WORKOUTS

All workouts needs to be done in one day with in the designated order (20.1-20.2-20.3). That means on the same date not in a 24 hour window.

Please be aware that you need to film the clock on our homepage before the start of each workout.

Make sure you are familiair with the terms and conditions as specified in our Rulebook.
